Minimum number of playthroughs needed: 1 (Although 2 would be ideal as the first should be spent hammering away at the mechanics and collectibles of the game while the second should be devoted to rushing through on Hard. Approximate amount of time to 1000 : 15-20 hours baring any glitches. Online: 3/49 * (6 0/1000 ) *(The three "Away Team" achievements can be done on split screen, but require an actual second person who can do the double bypass/hacks with you).
